EXPRESS SHIPPING:

• We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered overnight as it can take up to 24 hours to process the order and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees.
• If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS).
• We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times, please choose Express Options at your own discretion. 
If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to your order address. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
• We do NOT ship to International P.O. Boxes, please provide an alternate shipping address.
• International customers (outside of USA) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office, or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming from outside of your country. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country's customs clearance process. 
• Tracking your order: Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (this may take up to 48 hours). You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package.
• We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-2 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for DHL guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact DHL. We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if DHL fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.

*If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1–4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.   

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER: 
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of the order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at info@KUMARIhair.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

***All STYLING TOOLS purchased with a discount code are considered FINAL SALE items and are not eligible for returns, exchange or warranty replacement. You may only return or exchange any KUMARI Professional Styling Tools if the item was purchased at full price and a restocking fee will be deducted for the amount of $29.99 once returned***

DELIVERY OF ITEMS:

In the event a customer’s tracking number states delivery was made to the customers address, KUMARI Hair does not offer refunds if the item is claimed to not have been delivered. KUMARI hair offers priority mail with signature confirmation for an additional $2.50 which can be purchased at checkout. If an item is not received when tracking information confirms delivery, please contact the designated shipping company (USPS or DHL) for assistance.

SECURITY CONFIRMATION:

Security confirmation may delay shipping times due to additional information required from customers in order to verify their purchases. This is another way we seek to create the most secure online shopping experience by preventing unauthorized purchases for our customers.

Security confirmation may be required if any of the below criteria are applicable:

  • Billing address does not match the address on file with the credit card provider
  • Shipping address is different from billing address
  • Order total is greater than a designated value.
